By accessing and using the services provided by Qualit Group, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Qualit Group provides branding, signage, website development, printing, marketing, design, installation, and related business services. All services are subject to availability and project requirements.
2. Quotations & Payments
All quotations provided by Qualit Group are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before commencement of any project.
Full payment must be made within the agreed payment terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.
3. Design Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, layouts, spelling, and specifications before production.
Once final approval is given, Qualit Group will not be held liable for any errors identified after production or installation.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on project scope, approvals, supplier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Qualit Group will communicate any significant delays where applicable.
5. Installation
Clients must ensure that installation areas are accessible and ready before scheduled installation dates.
Additional charges may apply for site delays, restricted access, or changes requested after production has commenced.
6. Website & Digital Services
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, and information for website development.
Hosting, domains, and third-party services may be subject to separate terms and fees.
Qualit Group is not liable for downtime or issues caused by third-party providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, artwork, and content created by Qualit Group remain the property of Qualit Group until full payment has been received.
Qualit Group reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellation of projects after approval or production may result in cancellation fees based on work completed and materials purchased.
9. Liability
Qualit Group shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.
10. Acceptance
By engaging with Qualit Group and accepting any quotation, invoice, or service, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
